Beckhoff CX7051, kompakt ve güvenilir bir embedded PC olup, Arm Cortex-M7 işlemci (480 MHz) ve tek çekirdek ile yüksek performans sunar. 8 çok fonksiyonlu giriş ve 4 çok fonksiyonlu çıkış ile esnek I/O konfigürasyonu sağlar. CANopen responder (slave) arayüzü ile endüstriyel veri iletişimini kolaylaştırır ve TwinCAT 3 RTOS ile ön yüklü olarak gelir. E-bus veya K-bus terminalleri ile otomatik I/O tanıma desteği sunar ve DIN rail montajına uygundur.
